MEET JASON
My husband Courter and I chose Morris to raise our family.
As a foster and adoptive parent, I know that love, stability, and neighbors looking out for one another matter.
I’ve spent more than two decades in public policy and nonprofit leadership. As a board member of the Butternut Valley Alliance, I helped bring Sidney Federal Credit Union (SFCU) to the valley, restoring access to local banking. I also supported the community effort behind Morris’s $4.5 million NY Forward grant, an investment that will benefit the entire valley.
Government should protect our rights, spend responsibly, and help every family build and keep a good life here.

MY PRIORITIES
Protect property taxpayers through responsible county budgeting and pursue grants. Connect residents with home-weatherization assistance, including insulation and draft sealing, to reduce heat loss and help lower heating bills.
Support reliable emergency response, rural healthcare, and mental-health and addiction services. Maintain county roads and support reliable rural transportation so residents can reach medical appointments and essential services. Invest in prevention and responsible law enforcement so help is available when families need it.
Support farms and small businesses. Through county planning reviews and decisions about county infrastructure, press for large developments to protect our water and energy grid, pay their fair share of project-related costs, and provide real local benefits. These standards help protect residents from added infrastructure and utility costs.
Explain votes, ask clear questions about spending, and regularly report back to the residents of District 2.
